MADPDA Celebrate Our Future Luncheon

WHAT:

Pre-wedding reception and prayer service

WHY:

Mr and Mrs Sneed are throwing this reception for Angie and Marc. They are asking the bridesmaids to attend to serve as hostesses. Hostess duties will include greeting folks, handling logistics (decorations, music, etc) and serving food.

Dresses, bridesmaid weekend and more!

DRESS INFO:
The dresses are in and ready for pick up at Ann's. Please contact Ann's directly to arrange for pick up and alterations. (703-250-3100)

Out of towners: Ann may be able to alter dresses the week of the wedding but you must contact her directly ASAP to make arrangements.

SHOE INFO:
- Everyone needs to purchase black shoes
- Heels, flats, open/closed toes -- all are acceptable (Please remember the ceremony will take place in the grass)

JEWELRY:
- Angie will provide earrings and necklace

HAIR, NAILS & MAKE-UP:
- Kendria will talk to bridal party to see who wants to pay to get make-up done. Each lady is responsible for signing an agreement and paying for their services that day.
- Angie is open to everyone doing their own thing as long as it is not "loud & crazy"

BRIDESMAID WEEKEND:
See a tentative schedule below. You'll receive more details in the mail shortly. Things are a little vague because Angie is reading this too.

- Festivities begin at 6:00

Saturday, June 20
- Festivities All Day with Angie

Sunday, June 21 (Father's Day)
- Church at Little Forest Baptist Church with Angie and Family

WEDDING WEEKEND STUFF:
Again this is all very tentative but wanted to give you a heads up.

REHEARSAL @ Sugarloaf
- Starts at 6:00, Friday July 24

AFTER REHEARSAL @ Marriott Hotel
- Bridesmaids will stay with Angie at the Marriott

WEDDING DAY (This is tentative until we firm up the ceremony details)
- Hair and make-up will arrive at 11:00
- Photographer arrives to begin taking candid shots at 2:00
- Bridal party leaves for Sugarloaf at 3:30
- Bridal party arrives at Sugarloaf at 4:00 to get dressed and for additional pictures.

MADPDA Bridesmaids Weekend

Mark your calendars! The MADPDA Bridesmaids Weekend will be June 19-21, 2009. This will be our weekend to relax (party) and celebrate (embarrass) our friend and the beautiful bride Angie.  Here's a preliminary schedule:

Friday 

• Arrival, Dinner, Night on the Town

Saturday

• Spa Day
• Eat dinner in

Sunday

• Church
• Departure

Also, please take some time to fill out the new poll about make-up services. The costs will fluctuate depending on how many ladies decide to participate. It will most likely be between $85-$115 per person.  Services include on site application plus touches after the ceremony if needed. Cash will be due the day of the ceremony. Please note that if you commit to services you will be required to complete the vendor's commitment form.
